What an amazing day full of the arts. Later in the afternoon we were pleased to attend an assembly hosted by a Utah dance company. They taught us about various forms of dance and we had fun trying some of these dances during their presentation. What a great day full of artistic fun! (The pictures of kind of blurry because of their amazing quick movements.)

Ink Printing
Our class walked over to the high school today where Mr. Spunaugle taught our class about print making. We then made our own templates and created prints with these templates. What an amazing time we had learning about a new type of art.

March Madness
We are super excited for March Madness to begin. We started the celebration with an assembly to find out which team we're on. Our class drew out the West Virginia Mountaineers. Mrs. Bednar emailed the team to let them know how excited we are to represent their team. They mailed us an amazing magazine telling us all about their team and the players. We even decorated our door with their school's colors. Each student wrote ways they were practicing their "slam dunks" in athletics, academics and awesomeness. Please remember to read tons and return those reading logs to help our team progress on the school's reading bracket. Go Mountaineers!!!

Read Aloud Week
We've had an amazing week of visitors coming to our classroom to read to the students. I can't even count how many amazing students and adults that have volunteered for this amazing week. I forgot to take pictures until the last day so I'm sorry to those of you that volunteered and are not pictured. Thanks to all of you for sharing your time with our class.
